Manual setup

Please only use the manual setup if you have basic knowledge of IT and know what you have to do.

You have changed your initial password of your user account (you can change it via the user portal )!

Settings:

  • IP-adress and DNS-Server on automatic
  • SSID "eduroam"
  • Encryption WPA2 (Enterprise) with AES
  • IEEE 802.1x with EAP-TTLS (tunneled TLS) and PAP
  • Check server certificate, trusted CA: "T-TeleSec GlobalRoot Class 2", or download root certificate

  • Server name: radius1.uni-erfurt.de
  • external/anonymous identity: eduroam@uni-erfurt.de
  • Leave domain at login empty
