The guest lecture is part of the seminar "How to Make Policies of Development and Humanitarian Aid Smarter?" by Prof. Dr. Achim Kemmerling.

Amélie Gräfin zu Eulenburg is Head of Department for Sustainable Economic and Social Development at DEval, the German Institute for Development Evaluation.
