European Relations e.V. offers students and young professionals the opportunity to gain their first experience in publishing. Contributions can be submitted both in journalistic blog format and as academic papers, such as bachelor's or master's theses, and undergo a review process. The aim is to familiarise young authors with the editorial and academic review process and to enable them to publish professionally.

The focus is on European policy topics, from foreign and security policy to issues of social justice, climate and monetary policy, in which Europe is understood as a diverse continent beyond the EU. Through well-founded contributions, the association aims to contribute to the public debate on the future of Europe and promote a pan-European understanding that places the continent's political, cultural and historical diversity at the centre and strengthens Europe's role in the international order.

The idea to found European Relations was born over a year ago during his studies. In the months that followed, the team worked intensively on the legal and technical framework to form the association and set up a digital publication platform. Both the design and the complete implementation of the website were realised independently by the founding team.

In addition to editorial formats, the association conducts interviews with experts from politics, academia and practice, including previously unpublished interviews with members of the Ukrainian government, as well as members of the European Parliament and German politicians. European Relations already has over a dozen permanent blog authors from all over Europe who publish in-depth articles on current topics in European politics on a monthly basis.

Anyone interested is welcome to participate in European Relations, whether by submitting their own contributions or exchanging ideas with other members. You can simply register via the platform, become part of the network and benefit from future offers for professional networking, political education and Europe-related cooperation.
