What will summer 2050 feel like? And how do we want to live in the future?

Hot summers are becoming more frequent - even in Thuringia. But how is heat changing our everyday lives, our health and the medicine of the future? In the HeatFuture Lab, the Institute for Planetary Health Behaviour at the University of Erfurt invites you to explore together how heat is experienced, what health risks arise and what a heat-resilient Erfurt could look like. The HeatFuture Lab is a walk-in future laboratory for thinking, feeling and shaping.

The HeatFuture Lab connects:

  • research communication
  • participatory research
  • AI-supported future scenarios
  • Dialogue between research and society

Opening hours:

14.08. – 16.08. 1–8 pm
