Sarah Lorenz was born in Eckernförde in 1984 and lives and writes in St Pauli. She is a trained bookseller and studied social work. She wrote the column PMS-Ultras for the taz newspaper. On the internet, she puts a small town of people to bed every night under the pseudonym Buchi Schnubbel (approx. 14,000 followers). "Mit dir, da möchte ich im Himmel Kaffee trinken" is her debut novel.
