Students can register directly at the ServiceDesk of the University Computer and Media Centre (URMZ) and receive on-site support for testing demo flows and technical questions. eTeach and at least one technical supporter from the University Computer and Media Centre (URMZ) are available to ensure good preparation for the examination phase and reduce stress caused by technical problems.
