Call for Proposals: Special Issue of the World Comparative Law

We invite submissions for a special issue examining ‘human-centred’ approaches in justice delivery, contrasting them with traditional managerialist paradigms. This issue seeks to explore the theoretical foundations, real-world applications, and potential biases of these frameworks across diverse legal systems.

Topics of Interest:

- Theoretical critiques of human-centred design in law.
- Case studies demonstrating practical implementation.
- Comparative analyses of judicial systems and their approaches.
- Decolonial perspectives on human-centred justice.
