Information from the organisers
"Ethnic nationalism and Christianity are incompatible" - this is the clear position of the German Bishops' Conference. At the same time, however, right-wing authoritarian groups and parties instrumentalise Christian concepts for their ideology. There are also points of contact between Christianity and right-wing authoritarianism on some topics and thus a supposed proximity in terms of content. This is exemplified by the topics of family, gender roles and religious politics. Where does this supposed proximity come from? And how can Christians deal with these overlaps?
