A lecture by Almut Mohr, who is currently Research Associate at the Franz Haniel Chair for Public Policy.

 

Almut Mohris Research Associate at the Franz Haniel Chair for Public Policy. Her research focuses on social-environmental movements and energy transitions, particularly coal phase-out processes, in the Global South. Prior to joining the Brandt School, she held internships with the Energy Watch Group, the German Development Institute (DIE) and the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. She also served with the International Youth Volunteer Service (IJFD) in Kenya. Almut holds a B.A. in African Development Studies in Geography from the University of Bayreuth and an M.Sc. from the Environmental Policy Group of Wageningen University, the Netherlands.
