Financial aid for students

Due to the current corona pandemic, the income situation has worsened considerably for many students and their parents - whether due to job loss or short-time work. The "Deutsches Studentenwerk" (DSW) has therefore informed that BAföG applications can be made at short notice to alleviate these financial difficulties.

In addition, students who have run into financial difficulties for a short period of time can apply for a bridging loan of up to 800 euros from the "Studierendenwerk". This applies especially for students who are not entitled to BAföG and for foreign students.
