Lecture series in winter semester 2020/21: "Learning Jewish. Concepts and Media of Education in and about Judaism"

In line with the theme year "900 Years of Jewish Life in Thuringia", the University of Erfurt is inviting to a lecture series in the winter semester 2020/21 entitled "Learning Jewish. Concepts and Media of Education in and about Judaism".

However, against the background of the Corona pandemic, this time all lectures will be held in digital form. The event starts on Tuesday, 3 November at 18:00 with an introduction to the topic. Afterwards PD Dr. Claudia Bergmann will talk about "Concepts of teaching and education in the Hebrew Bible".

Further lectures will then take place on Tuesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. They can be followed via livestream on the University of Erfurt's YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/UniErfurt. Afterwards they can be found and looked up in the archives.
