Thus, starting November 30, Dr Birgit Jäpelt offers a "Zen Meditation" (Zazen) every Wednesday during the B-week from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the "Room of Silence" (teaching building 1, basement). This form of Zen Buddhist meditation is getting out of the habit of always doing something intentionally and with a goal in mind.
Every Wednesday during A-week, Theres Werner invites students to meditate in the evening in the wardrobe area of the Audimax building from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Various forms of meditation will be practiced. Beginners and advanced students alike are invited.
