Brandt School PhD candidate Steve Wakhu Khaemba will defend his doctoral thesis on "Terrorism and Conditions for Human Rights in Counter-terrorism in Sub-Sahara Africa" supervised by Prof. Dr. Solveig Richter (Heisenberg Professor for International Relations and Transnational Politics Universität Leipzig).
