To intensify the international exchange with the National Chengghi University Taiwan

As part of their research stay at the Global Communication and Innovation Technology Center of the National Chengghi University (NCCU) in Taiwan, Professor Sven Jöckel and Professor Leyla Dogruel from the University of Erfurt met with representatives of the International Office of the NCCU this week.

Together with Professor Cho-Hsin Su, Associate Vice President International Cooperations, and the representatives of the International Office , they discussed the existing cooperation between the University of Erfurt and NCCU. As an innovative university with a focus on the humanities, social sciences and economics in a dynamically developing society, NCCU is an excellent institution for international exchange with the University of Erfurt.

Professor Jöckel took the opportunity to present the history of the University of Erfurt and its current and future teaching and research foci, and together they explored ways to deepen cooperation in the field of global communication and the challenges of democracy.
