Introduced: Professor Dr Jelena von Achenbach

On 1 October, Jelena von Achenbach will take over the professorship for Public Law and Fundamentals of Law. University Communications met her for an interview and talked to her about the new task and her research foci. And about what she is looking forward to most in her new task.

"My research on law, theory and practice of democracy, constitution and open statehood is basic research on public law, with many cross-disciplinary references. So I can fully identify with the professorship."
