Welcome, Professor Katharina Klöcker!

She has swapped the Ruhr Region for the middle of Germany – the Ruhr University Bochum for the University of Erfurt, the mining monument for the cathedral, the Bermuda Triangle for the Latin Quarter, VfL for FC Rot-Weiß, the "Currywurst" for the Thuringian "Bratwurst". Katharina Klöcker is the new face at the Faculty of Catholic Theology.

On 1 March, the 52-year-old native of Freiburg took over the Professorship for Moral Theology here. "Ker' wat schön!", they would probably say in the Ruhr Region. We are also very pleased and introduce her in our research blog "WortMelder".
