Please understand that the library staff cannot (only) carry out this work outside of opening hours, and please move to quieter areas if necessary.

The background to this is a redesign that is to be realised by the beginning of the winter semester 2026: a large new room for flexible use with approx. 40 new group workstations on the ground floor of the University Library, replacing the current textbook collection.

Depending on the frequency of use, the books currently located there will be integrated into the reading room or stacks and can still be borrowed from there.
