WISEflow troubleshooting website for conducting electronic exams

The eTeach team at the University of Erfurt has set up a WISEflow Troubleshooting website to support examiners and students when conducting electronic exams with WISEflow.

The problems that frequently occur during an eExam are systematically listed and presented with step-by-step solutions. On this page you will also find specific information on the technical set-up for the exam participants' devices and software so that you and your students are optimally prepared for the exam situation.
