As part of its efforts to promote equality and respect within the university, the University of Erfurt will be showing the exhibition "Gemeinsam gegen Sexismus" in the University Library from 24 November 2025. It will then be on display until 17 January 2026 during the library's regular opening hours.
This exhibition, which is being shown in parallel at several universities in Thuringia, looks at various facets of sexism and aims to raise awareness of this important issue.

The opening will take place on Tuesday, 25 November at 2 pm. This will be followed by a screening of the film "She Said" will be shown in the library lecture room. 25 November is also the International Day against Violence against Women, to which the University of Erfurt has also drawn attention in recent years with various campaigns.
At the end of the exhibition in January, an event is also planned with Franziska Saxler, who will read from her book "Er hat dich noch nicht mal angefasst" will read.
