On Wednesday, 25 February, a special session of the Intellectual History Seminar will take place at 10:30 a.m. in the meeting room of the Gotha Research Centre (FZG).

Presentations will be given by Dr Cornelia Soldat (Hiob-Ludolf Fellow) on the topic of 'One Tyrant, Many Disguises. The Tyrant Discourses in the German Texts about Ivan the Terrible's Oprichnina‘ and Dr Giulio Greco (Herzog Ernst Fellow) on the topic ’From Manuscript to Print. Jean Bodin's Colloquium Heptaplomeres and its Reception in Germany between the 17th and 18th Centuries".
