The University of Erfurt’s Tenure Board is established by the Presidium. It ensures uniform procedures across the university, the greatest possible transparency, and high quality standards in tenure-track processes.
In addition, the Board advises the Presidium on the evaluation of the tenure-track model. It also issues recommendations for the sustainable and quality-assured implementation of this career path. At the same time, the committee supports the further development of relevant concepts.
Furthermore, the Tenure Board oversees the tenure evaluation procedures. To this end, it appoints a rapporteur for each procedure from among the prfoessors who serve on the Board.
