The University of Erfurt is once again hosting a "Dies academicus" on 3 June 2026. This time, the topic will be neurodiversity in studies, teaching and research.

The University of Erfurt has switched the previous plagiarism detection system Ouriginal in WISEflow to Turnitin Similarity. The background to this is the discontinuation of Ouriginal on 5 November 2025.

As part of the "impulse projects" format, the eTeach Network Thuringia will be funding two projects at the University of Erfurt for twelve months each from April 2026.
