New plagiarism detection tool in WISEflow

For reviewers, nothing changes in the process: they continue to open the similarity report via the percentage value in the flow. All work previously checked in Ouriginal has been transferred to the new system with its text content and metadata. The old Ouriginal reports themselves were not migrated. The comparison with previous submissions remains fully intact and continues to be DSGVO-compliant.
