During the drop-in sessions, students can use the RTP2 computer lab (KIZ) without prior booking and will receive on-site support with testing demo workflows. If they encounter technical problems, students can contact the staff at the service desk. eTeach and at least one technical support member from the University Computer and Media Centre (URMZ) are on hand to help students prepare effectively for the exam period and to minimise stress caused by technical issues.
