for students
During consultation hours, students can use the RTP2 computer lab (KIZ) without prior registration and receive on-site support when testing demo workflows. If they encounter any technical problems, students can contact the staff at the service desk. eTeach and at least one technical support member from the University Computer and Media Centre (URMZ) are on hand to help students prepare effectively for the exam period and to minimise stress caused by technical issues.
