The workshop balances self-reflection with actionable guidance, ensuring you leave with a personalised action plan and concrete next steps.
Pre-workshop requirement: 2 hours of individual preparation work
Dr Christiane Kasack works as a coach and workshop leader. As a certified business coach and career counsellor, she supports personal development in the areas of time and self-management as well as career planning.
Christiane Kasack completed her doctorate in social sciences at the FU Berlin in 2011. After two years as a postdoc, she moved on to head the doctoral programmes at the Hertie School and later to the career development programmes for postdocs at the Helmholtz Association office.
