Participation in the mentoring programme
Framework
  • Within the framework of the mentoring programme, tandems are formed that maintain regular contact. Mentors offer idealistic support. The programme is not designed to facilitate direct job placements.
  • As a rule, the mentoring is one-to-one (one mentor and one mentee). There is no entitlement to participate in the programme.
  • The programme runs for one year.
  • Attendance at a preparatory coaching is compulsory.
  • At the beginning of the programme, a mentoring agreement is concluded with the mentor, in which organizational (e.g. format of meeting) and content-related aspects are recorded.
  • In order to optimize the programme, an evaluation takes place.
  • Travel expenses incurred within the programme cannot be reimbursed.
  • In the event of difficulties/ disagreements or non-compliance with the agreement in the mentoring process, contact should be made with the coordinating office (akademische-qualifizierung@uni-erfurt.de). If the mentoring relationship is terminated prematurely, this must be reported to the coordinating office.
