Project Funding

The funding opportunity is aimed at all university teachers, post-doctoral researchers and doctoral candidates who are members of the University of Erfurt and who are planning a research project that they want to conduct at the University of Erfurt.

Funding is possible up to a maximum of EUR 5,000. The funds can be requested for research assistants, material resources, funds for external work contracts, travel costs and funds for workshops. All activities must be completed within one year.

Funding of the Research and Graduate Services is subject to available funds and a positive assessment of the project by the members of the research committee.

 

APPLICATION AND AWARDING PROCEDURE
The award decision is made by a vote of the members of the research committee after the application has been formally reviewed by the Department Research and Graduate Services.
Applications for internal university project funding can be submitted to the Department Research and Graduate Services on 31 March and 15 September. A total of up to EUR 20,000 in funding can be awarded per round of tenders.
