The break course, which offers exercises to improve strength and flexibility combined with simple forms of exercise for stretching and relaxation that can be completed at the workplace, starts on 28 September at 10 a.m. and then takes place every Tuesday until 30 November in the gymnastics room (University Sports Hall) and online via BigBlueButton.

Participation in the active break will be credited to the employees' working hours. Please register by 27.9.2021. If you want to use the digital format if you are unable to attend, please also register for the digital course.
