Lecture open to the university public as part of the series "Campus Impuls - Gesundheit und Fortbildung im Fokus" organised by the University of Erfurt's health management team

Discover how to get to the bottom of your stress. The impulse lecture in the Campus Impuls series on the topic of stress management offers you compact impulses for recognising personal stress patterns and developing initial strategies for more serenity in everyday life.

The lecture entitled "Between demands and everyday life - understanding how to deal with stress" is deliberately aimed at a broad target group and focuses on individual self-reflection in dealing with stress in everyday life. The aim is to give participants the impetus to better understand their own perception of stress, recognise personal patterns and develop initial approaches for dealing with it more consciously. In addition to technical impulses, the lecture also includes activating reflection elements.

Target group: Students and employees

Registration: Email to gesundheit@uni-erfurt.de
