This workshop invites you to take an analytical look at the topic of power and teaches you how to analyse explicit and implicit power constellations in the university context. The space for a constructive examination of one's own approaches to the power associated with (guided) tours in academia makes it possible to reflect on one's own attitude to power in the university context. The reflection serves to develop appropriate strategies for dealing with positive and negative, functional or destructive exercises of power in order to expand one's own repertoire of action.

The workshop is aimed at professors & habilitated employees, doctoral students & postdocs. We work in homogeneous status groups in the morning and deepen the topic in the afternoon with both groups in transfer.
