Janina Meier studied primary school teaching at the University of Erfurt and has gained a wide range of experience in various countries. She has not only carried out internships, but also completed work-and-holidays, volunteered and gained backpacking and pilgrimage experience: "Travelling has kept my curiosity alive and broadened my view as a teacher. Join me on a journey to new perspectives and vibrant learning". During the event, Janina will share her own experiences and adventures from the following countries and regions: Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia (Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand), Ecuador, Argentina, Spain.

How do travelling experiences and the appointment of a teacher fit together? How does a real understanding of cultures develop? How can I grow as a person and stimulate my own (personal) development?

We cordially invite all interested parties to this special event to talk to each other about the multiple perspectives of their own experiences abroad.
