Thuringian consultation hour for research data and research software

An online consultation hour for research data and -software will take place on 15th February 2024 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., aimed at all researchers in Thuringia. During the specified period, experts from the Competence Centre for Digital Research (zedif) and a data steward from the Thuringian Competence Network for Research Data Management (TKFDM) will support you in working on your software and data projects.

In order to participate meaningfully in the event, you should bring along a specific task that you want to tackle. Examples of this are

The structure of your software project is becoming confusing and you need advice on how to improve it.
You want to find out about the various aspects of data publication, such as finding a suitable repository.
Your software is running too slowly or slower than expected and you would like to discuss an idea for improvement.
You are looking for information on how to implement your research data management with the services and infrastructure at Thuringian universities in accordance with good scientific practice.
