Founders Service at the EXIST Workshop in Karlsruhe

As part of an EXIST workshop at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 12-13 October 2022, the Founders Service of the University of Erfurt was able to exchange ideas with colleagues from the Thuringian University Founders Network on current topics relating to start-ups from universities.

A big thank you for the great organisation to KIT-Gründerschmiede, Projektträger Jülich (PtJ) as well as the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) and all others who support founders at universities.

EXIST works with around 200 universities and start-up networks throughout Germany. In order to strengthen the exchange of ideas and good practice approaches in start-up consulting at universities, EXIST workshops are held twice a year. They serve as a joint exchange of university representatives with experts, the BMWK and the Project Management Organisation Jülich. The EXIST Workshop @ KIT: "Success Factors in Start-up Support (Best Practices)" took place from 12 to 13 October 2022 in Karlsruhe. The workshop focused on "Success Factors in Start-up Support (Best Practices)", with presentations and working groups working together to identify the factors that have a significant impact on the quality and success of start-up support. Sessions on other topics and the future of EXIST (EXIST Women, input on the topic of "Social Entrepreneurship", etc.) were also on the programme. And networking was not to be neglected at a joint evening event. It's a people business. The workshop was aimed at all universities in the EXIST community.
