University of Erfurt starts the winter semester with new deans

Professor Till Talaulicar, previously Dean of Studies, will in future be in charge of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences. Professor Guido Mehlkop (Academic Affairs) and Professor Oliver Kessler (International Affairs) will support him as Associate Deans.

The Faculty Council of the Faculty of Education has elected Professor Agnes Pfrang as the new Dean and Professor Heike Hahn as Associate Dean of Studies.

Professor Sabine Schmolinsky remains Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy. Professor Katharina Waldner becomes the new Associate Dean of Studies. Professor Frank Domahs will be Associate Dean for Research.

And in the Faculty of Catholic Theology, Professor Jörg Seiler remains Dean. The Dean of Studies will be Professor Julia Knop.

The terms of office will begin on 1 October 2021.
