A conversation with Professor Dr Christiane Kuller about historical and current manifestations of fascism and the responsibility of science in dealing with authoritarian developments, it is held in German.

"Was ist Faschismus? Historische Kontinuitäten, neue Erscheinungsformen und die Verantwortung der Wissenschaft"
The nationwide campaign week “Wissenschaft gegen Faschismus” (Science against Fascism) kicks off in Erfurt with an interview with Professor Dr Christiane Kuller and her student assistant Lorenz Hartung from the Chair Neuere und Zeitgeschichte und Geschichtsdidaktik. The focus will be on the historical origins of the concept of fascism, current manifestations and current debates on new terms to describe authoritarian and fascist tendencies. Finally, the responsibility of science in the context of social developments will be discussed.

All interested parties are cordially invited to attend. The event starts at 10 am and will take place in room 124 in C03 (formerly teaching building 1). It is part of the nationwide action week “Wissenschaft gegen Faschismus” (Science against Fascism).
