The work as a STET tutor

Student Orientation Days (STET) are a tradition at the University of Erfurt. For good reason, because they make it easier for our first-year students to start their studies.

We need your support to make the STET a success! Together with Department 1: Registrar's Office, which will be offering interdisciplinary information events and individual counselling during this week, welcome our new students to the university and help them to arrive in Erfurt and at the university during their first week.

Requirements for the employee as STET tutor

• Interest in accompanying/supervising first-year students
• Knowledge of the special situation and needs of first-year students, empathy
• Knowledge of the university, the degree programme and the appropriate organisation of studies
