New personnel management and personnel development concept

What makes a good job? A positive working atmosphere, the behaviour of superiors, the compatibility of work and family or the level of salary? There is a growing tendency for employees to focus on job satisfaction. This places ever greater demands on the University of Erfurt as an employer in terms of modern personnel work, particularly in terms of personnel development.

Against this background, the university has now developed a personnel management and personnel development concept which is primarily intended for employees in technology and administration and which, along with the "Erfurt Career Programme - Personnel Development for Academic Staff and Young Academics at the University of Erfurt" and the "Erfurt Career Track - Appointment and Career Concept", is seen as part of an overall personnel development concept. The paper can be viewed on the internal web pages (German only) of the University of Erfurt.
