Framework
Within the framework of the mentoring programme, tandems are formed that maintain regular contact. Mentors offer
idealistic support
. Professional support cannot and should not be provided! Only if desired and possible will an attempt be made to take professional proximity into account in the matching process.
As a rule, the mentoring is
one-to-one
(one mentor and one mentee). Depending on the applicant situation, group mentoring may also be possible (one mentor and a maximum of three mentees). There is no entitlement to participate in the programme.
The
programme
runs for
one year.
.
All dates
of the programme are to be attended.
At the beginning of the programme, a
mentoring agreement
is concluded with the mentor, in which organizational (e.g. format of meetings) and content-related aspects are recorded.
In order to optimize the programme, an
interim and a final evaluation
takes place.
Travel expenses
incurred within the programme
cannot be reimbursed.
In the event of
difficulties/disagreements
or non-compliance with the agreement in the mentoring process, contact should be made with the coordinating office (President’s Office and Staff Unit University Development). If the mentoring relationship is terminated prematurely, this must also be reported to the coordinating office.
Declarations
I agree to the general framework.
I agree to actively participate in the mentoring programme at the University of Erfurt and to maintain regular contact with my mentor.
I will participate in the framework programme.
I participate in the evaluations.
I agree that my contact data (title, name, status, department, e-mail address) will be included in a contact list that will be made available to all participants of the current programme line in order to facilitate an exchange among each other.
