Information from the organisers
In this compact online programme, academic managers strengthen their communication skills in challenging situations. Participants learn how to structure conversations clearly, convey difficult messages constructively and respond in a de-escalating manner. Practical examples, short impulses and reflection phases help participants to sharpen their own communication skills and to implement them confidently in their day-to-day work.
Robert Kötter is a humanities scholar, has worked as a university lecturer at various universities and is the founder and managing director of Twenty One Skills GmbH & Co KG.
He has worked as a coach at many renowned research institutions for over 20 years, providing support to academic managers in particular.
