Conflicts are often seen as something negative and are avoided for as long as possible.
However, recognising conflicts in good time, classifying them and dealing with them constructively offers the opportunity to develop the team and/or yourself further.
The lecture provides important basic knowledge about conflicts in the scientific profession and gives tips based on practical examples. There will then be time for questions and discussion.
