Communicate successfully: Clear and constructive dialogue in difficult situations

As part of its Competence-oriented personnel development for academics, the University of Erfurt is offering the online workshop "Communicating successfully – clear and constructive communication in difficult situations" on 26 February as part of the "Focus on leadership" series. It starts at 2.15 pm and ends at around 3.45 pm.

In this compact online programme (in German language), academic managers strengthen their communication skills in challenging situations. They learn how to structure conversations clearly, convey difficult messages constructively and respond in a de-escalating manner. Practical examples, short impulses and reflection phases help them to sharpen their own dialogue skills and to implement them confidently in their day-to-day work.

The speaker is Robert Kötter. He has worked as a university lecturer at various universities and is the founder and managing director of Twenty One Skills GmbH & Co KG. He has been working as a coach at many renowned research institutions for more than 20 years, supporting academic managers in particular.

Please register for this event by 15 February.
