This two-day crash course offers an introduction to the basics of university didactics. It focusses on the competence areas of teaching and leadership skills. Emphasis is placed on the basics of teaching and learning, planning courses, feedback, your own role as a teacher and dealing with difficult situations and conflicts. The crash course can be fully credited towards the basic certificate.

About the speaker
Marcus Berger is a research employee for the qualification and support of teaching staff in higher education didactics. He develops (university) didactic programmes and provides professional support for development processes.
He is a Scrum Master and a certified business trainer for team and personnel development, specialising in the methodical design of learning processes, teamwork and collaboration as well as process design in agile contexts.
