The course offers an introduction to the basics of university didactics. It focusses on the competence areas of teaching and leadership skills. It is especially designed for newcomers to teaching.

The crash course can be credited towards the basic certificate.

It focuses on the basics of teaching and learning, course planning, feedback, your own role as a teacher and dealing with difficult situations and conflicts. The crash course can be fully credited towards the basic certificate.

About the speaker

Marcus Berger is a research employee specialising in university didactics qualifications and support for teaching staff. He develops (university) didactic programmes and professionally accompanies development processes. He is a Scrum Master and a certified business trainer for team and personnel development, specialising in the methodical design of learning processes, teamwork and collaboration as well as process design in agile contexts.
