Feedback is key to successful learning, but what characterises effective feedback? In this seminar, you will look at giving and receiving feedback in order to reflect on and improve feedback processes in teaching settings.

As a freelance trainer, Dr Sandra Limberg passes on her enthusiasm for lecturers. She completed her doctorate at the University of Münster and was a research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Organisation, Human Resources and Innovation. She obtained the NRW certificate "Professional Teaching Competence for Higher Education" at the Centre for Lecturers at the University of Münster.
