Focus on leadership: Successful communication – clear and constructive dialogue in difficult situations

As part of its competence-oriented personnel development for academics, the University of Erfurt cordially invites all academic managers to the next online event in the "Focus on Leadership" series. It will take place on Thursday, 26 February, from 2.15 to 3.45 p.m. and is dedicated to the topic of "Communicating successfully – clear and constructive communication in difficult situations".

The aim of the event is to strengthen the communicative confidence of managers in challenging conversations. We will be welcoming Robert Kötter, who has more than 20 years of experience as a coach, in particular with academic managers, as a speaker. He is also the founder and managing director of Twenty One Skills GmbH & Co KG.
