Innovations in digital applications

The adjustments affect the following systems:

WISEflow
In March, functionalities in WISEflow were updated. You can find a summary of the main changes for our university in the UEDL-moodle room in the section on WISEflow. Please note that the lockdown browser has also been updated.

Webex
A new Webex app has recently been launched, which provides further opportunities for interaction and communication beyond holding video conferences. moodle

• BigBlueButton (BBB) now offers improved content sharing options, enhanced audio and video settings (e.g. virtual background), and the ability to rename breakout rooms etc. In a video you will find a summary of the changes.

• The new activity Board allows you to create and edit a digital pinboard in a very intuitive way: https://elearning.uni-erfurt.de/mod/book/view.php?id=425162&chapterid=3844
• List enrolment: From now on, several people can be enrolled in moodle course rooms at once via a list with email adresses: https://elearning.uni-erfurt.de/mod/book/view.php?id=425158&chapterid=3798
