The aim of the introductory course is to introduce participants to the programme in the sense of onboarding and to offer them concrete orientation. The organisation, structure and content of the certificate are presented and discussed in relation to flexibility, individual objectives and needs. In addition to the process as such, the focus is particularly on the four content areas in the context of competence-orientated lecturing. Finally, individual development perspectives are worked out.
By prior arrangement, it is possible to attend individual workshops and events before attending the introductory course. These can then be retroactively recognised for the certificate.
