Save the Date: Housewarming for the research building "Weltbeziehungen"

The University of Erfurt invites all university members to a first visit to the research building "Weltbeziehungen" on Monday, July 10, starting at 12 a.m. On this day, they will have the opportunity to visit the new building during guided tours at 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and to talk to the research groups and facilities that will be housed there in the future.

These then invite you to other events of their own during the week - including the Max-Weber-Kolleg's summer party and the awarding of doctoral hats to PhD students on July 10; a reading with music, organized by the Theological Research Centre, on July 12; the farewell ceremony for Brandt School students on July 13; and the Institute for Planetary Health Behaviour's "Science Aperitivo" on July 11. Then, on Thursday, July 13, at 1 p.m., there will be another opportunity to participate in a guided tour of the building. More information about the housewarming will follow.

The official inauguration of the research building with guests from politics, business, science and society will then take place on Wednesday, October 18 , starting at 12 p.m. A panel discussion on the topic of "Weltbeziehungen" is also planned for that day. In addition, the "Erfurt Science Slam" will take place in the evening at the Centre for Communication and Information (KIZ). Further information will follow.
