New versions of the Lockdown Browser for Windows (incl. Lab version) and Mac will also be made available with the January release. They contain important updates, will be available from 30 January 2026 and will be mandatory from 13 March: Windows (incl. lab version): 2.1.3.07 and macOS: 2.1.4.03.
The current system requirements for the lockdown browser can be found here. The University of Erfurt recommends that all users check their system settings and, if necessary, switch to an up-to-date operating system to ensure full compatibility.
